Thank you for choosing us! We sincerely hope you enjoy your purchase. Please note that we typically advise against requesting a return or refund. However, if you're not completely satisfied, you can receive a 50% discount on your next order. For more details on our return and refund policy, please read below.

Returns

To initiate a return, please ensure that:

  • All returns must be postmarked within 14 days of the purchase date.
  • Items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

Return Process

  1. Email our customer service team at voguevibeuk@gmail.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) link.

  2. After receiving your RMA number, securely package the item in its original packaging, including your proof of purchase.

  3. Mail your return to:

Important Notes

  • You will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method.
  • To ensure your refund is processed smoothly, please use a trackable mail service, as we cannot be responsible for lost or missing packages.
  • Upon receipt of your return, we will examine the product. A full refund will be issued to your original payment method, and a confirmation receipt will be emailed to you.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your item, we will process your refund or exchange. Please allow at least 40 days for this process. You will receive an email notification once your return has been processed.

Exceptions

Please note that the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Accessories
  • Sale items, which are considered FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.

For defective or damaged products, please contact us immediately for assistance in arranging a refund or exchange.

Additional Information

  • Damaged or Defective Items: We only accept exchanges for products that arrive damaged or broken. Please reach out to us as soon as possible for a replacement.
  • Sizing and Fit: We do not offer refunds or exchanges for items with a provided size chart. Please refer to the size chart carefully to ensure the best fit. All sales related to sizing are final.
  • Products must be in their original condition and packaging to be eligible for a return. Used items or those damaged by the customer will not be accepted for a refund.
  • Please note that items may differ slightly from images shown. We encourage you to consider sizes and colors carefully before placing your order.
  • If you are dissatisfied with the product, consider taking advantage of the 50% discount on your next order rather than returning it. Return shipping can be costly and time-consuming.

More Information

Can I cancel my order after it has been placed?

Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled. If you cancel before processing, a 30% restocking fee will apply to cover restocking and credit card refund expenses. Invalid cancellation reasons include simply changing your mind or finding a cheaper option elsewhere.

Can you provide me with a tracking number?

Tracking numbers will be emailed to you as soon as the information becomes available.

Late or Missing Refunds

We strive to process refunds promptly. If you haven’t received your refund, please check your bank account and contact your credit card company or bank, as delays may occur. Some credit card companies may take up to 30 days to reflect the refund. If you still don’t see your refund, please reach out to us.

I’ve entered the wrong shipping address. Can I change it?

If you realize you've entered the wrong shipping address, contact us immediately via email. While we will do our best to accommodate the change, we cannot guarantee it due to quick processing times. Once an order has shipped, we cannot alter any details. Please ensure you provide accurate shipping information, as we are not liable for incomplete or incorrect addresses entered by the customer.
